Order Processing
All of our clothing is printed to order, and we test every design for print quality before adding it to our shop.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another when it has shipped. In most cases you will also receive tracking information once available.
ℹ️ Printing/processing times may be longer during high-demand periods (holidays etc). We have fulfilment partners in numerous countries, so speedier shipping timeframes will be available for customers all across the globe.
International Shipping
Shipping is available worldwide.We have fulfilment centres all over the world.
Customs fees, duties, and taxes may be incurred, and if applicable, they are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, in most cases you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with photos.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
