Return rules summary

• Returns accepted for 30 days after receiving goods.

• For UK/EU customers, 14-day cooling-off period applies to all orders

• We accept returns for defective and non-defective items

• Exchanges are not directly facilitated, please return item(s) and re-order

• Return label, arrangement and costs are the customer's responsibility (unless product damaged/faulty)

• There are no restocking fees for any returns 

• Both standard price and sale price items are eligible for return in accordance with our return policy

• When approved, your refund will be applied within 10 days to the payment method you used

• Returned items must be in the same condition they were received in, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your goods to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase/order number.

To start a return, you can contact us on Instagram via private message with your order number and if applicable, photos of any damaged goods. We will confirm any additional instructions and the return address.


It is your responsibility to arrange and cover the cost of the return to us, unless the item received was faulty/damaged. In cases where returning faulty/damaged items, we will provide instructions on how to return these.

If any items are returned with express or upgraded shipping, we are not able to reimburse or refund this. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We can offer to replace the item free of charge, or refund you for the order/item(s)

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not directly offer exchanges. If you would like an exchange, please return the item you have for a refund. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

UK/European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if products are being shipped into the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need  your order number. 

Refunds
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

• When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

• If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at yap@deadthre.ad

• Full order return: Refunds will include the cost of the item(s) and the original shipping fee paid when ordering.

• Partial order return: Refunds will include the cost of the item(s) only
